Crew Facilities
Being a pioneer among the ground handling
agents in Egypt, TAS established the
idea of
creating and building up its own TAS
administrative building. The
building is located at
International Cairo Airport it has the following
sections and rooms

1- Offices section:
a) Operators Reps Offices:
Well-designed offices, available for rent by the operators
b) TAS's own Offices:
Building Manager Office.
Station Manager Office
Cargo Office.
2-Flight Operations Center:
A very well designed operation center equipped with the most updated soft-wares
and technology to offer the best levels of
safety and services in the Flight
Operations Field.
The Office initially will have:
40 PCs
VHF Frequency
SITA TELEX
Fax
Int. Phone Lines
Internet Access
A branch office with a global lost and found baggage tracing system.
3-Crew Lounge:
TAS, as usual, has adopted the concept of
leadership to design a crew lounge
that is
pioneering and top notch all over all of the
Egyptian airports.
The crew lounge, which is 16 square meters, is formed of two connected parts
(rooms):
a) The Crew Relaxation Room:
An air conditioned room that has a couple of back-stretchable chairs that allows
the crew members to RELAX as they come home.
b) The Setting Room:
An air-conditioned room in which there are a couple of Sofas, couple of big
chairs, a refrigerator, a 34 inch Plasma TV, a satellite de coder, a cupboard and an
int. phone line.

4- Business Center :
A highly- technological equipped room that helps the
crew members to perform
their duties and to make
their flights as simple and easy as possible.
This center has personal computers , an int. phone line,
a laser jet printer, a
paper scanner, a fax machine and a
switch board with an operator ready to assist
as much as
possible.
The Business Center is also supplied with the most updated
aviation library that
has all of the area-related Jeppesen
High/Low Charts I, e ME, EU, EE and AFR
charts.
The library also contains the IATA , ICAO Manuals as well as
the AHM and most of
the currently aviation related and air
security magazines and newspapers.
5- Storing Area:
Several
store rooms.Those rooms can
be used to store the
operators inventory
materials as well as any stuff related to the
operators
items that might ease the cabin
and or the cockpit crew duties.
6- Catering Section:
For more crew members' comfort, TAS has a catering section
in its new
administrative building. In this section, the crew
members have a refrigerator,
an ice maker, a dish washer as
well as a small kitchen.
7- Aircraft Maintenance Section:
The A/C Mx section structure is still under discussion
between TAS and a partner
company. As soon as an
agreement is reached, TAS will inform our respectable
clients about the details.
8- Ramp Vehicles Maintenance Section:
This section is designed to maintain all of TAS as well as
the operators reps
ramp vehicles.
9- Safe Room:
If the crew members have a round trip flight, they do not
have to worry about
their luggage.
JUST FLY AND LET US TAKE CARE OF YOUR STUFF.
All you need to do is inform TAS Rep at the safe room.
They can keep your
luggage and belongings in the safe
room under their observation 24 hours a day,
7 days a
week till you come and re-collect it back. |
